Admission Criteria
Because our program is intentionally small, we carefully craft our incoming class one by one. Our small size puts a premium on participation. There are no backs to hide behind or to stab, because we believe in collegiality and cooperation. Do you like to learn experientially? Are you willing to work with others from different backgrounds? Do you believe in a healthy balance of work and play? Can you tolerate ambiguity and uncertainty? If you can answer 'yes' to all these questions, ours may be just the program for you, and you may be just the person we would like to see as part of our small, close-knit class.

Numbers alone don't tell the whole story, of course. That's why we also pay close attention to
- The nature and learning opportunities of your work experience
- The rigor of your undergraduate school and major
- The form and substance of your application essays
- Your recommenders' opinions and supporting evidence
- The insights and impressions from a personal interview
Other prerequisites
- Applicants scoring below the 60th percentile on the quantitative section of the GMAT must have earned a B or better in college-level algebra or calculus.
- Proficiency with commonly used professional word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
