Application Process

We start reviewing applications as soon as they are complete. We'll let you know if anything is missing and send you a confirmation once it is complete. There's no need to contact us.

A completed application consists of

  • Application form (online only)

  • Three 500-word essays (online only)

  • If you are interested in Sports Business and the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, you must write a fourth essay.

  • Two recommendations (online)
    At least one of these should come from an employer. (No relatives, family friends, or clergy, please.) Recommendations may also be mailed.

  • Up-to-date resume (online)

  • $50 application fee (credit card online or mailed check)

  • Official GMAT score report
    Pearson/VUE institutional code for Oregon MBA: KSQ-5N-27

  • Two sealed degree transcripts

  • If you have done course work at schools other than the degree-granting institution, you must submit one original transcript for each of those schools.
  • All materials not submitted online must be sent to

    International Students

    In addition, all international applicants (i.e., non-US citizens or non-resident aliens) must submit
    • Official TOEFL score report
      Valid for 2 years only. ETS must send to University of Oregon, institutional code: 4846. Applicants who have degrees from accredited U.S. institutions are exempt from the TOEFL requirement.

    • Financial Documentation
      Consists of International Student Financial Statement form and official bank statement confirming availability of necessary funds. Both are valid for 6 months only.

    • Two original degree certificates if separate from transcript
    • English translations of transcripts and, where applicable, degree certificates notarized by the issuing university. Click here for a list of countries where this requirement applies.
