MBA Strategic Planning ProjectsDo you have an idea for a new strategy that you would love to analyze yet can’t find the time? Is there a critical supply chain issue at your company? Is that new product positioned properly? How can geographic expansion be financially viable? How do your processes compare to best practices? Should your company pursue that acquisition? If any of these questions strike a chord, consider joining other high-profile companies who have participated in a Strategic Planning Project (SPP) with MBA students at the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon. Our student teams, along with their faculty advisors, helped these top companies address complex strategic, competitive, financial or operational challenges. To demonstrate the real value of these projects, many of these companies are already implementing recommendations from our teams. The Lundquist College of Business is a strong proponent of experiential learning. SPP, a core part of our MBA program, is one such effort to get students actively involved with real problems in real organizations. The attached PDF file contains the SPP brochure and provides more details.
